ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Estimated delivery time within Europe: 5–10 business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions:
– Items must be unworn (only tried on)
– All original packaging and tags must be included
– Returns must be sent with a tracking number

Important:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for lost returns.


REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 72 hours after the returned item has been received and inspected.

We do not offer refunds to alternative payment methods.


EXCHANGES
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.


FAULTY ITEMS
