ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION


You can track your order any time after the last preparation from our warehouse. We will send your product as soon as possible after receiving the order. After the order acceptance, we will send you an email with the tracking number and all the information about the product delivery. 

With problems with the tracking number please contact our support team at support@milosho.com. For all questions, we are open every day. If you order from another country and the product needs to go through customs, Milosho is not responsible for an additional cost. If you send a return package to the wrong address, we are not liable for any loss or misplacement.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
To change or cancel your order, you should contact us via support@milosho.com as soon as possible after completing the order.


REFUNDS

We have a policy for a refund of 14 business days. This refund startup after you receive the product.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Orders sent back to the warehouse after the 14-day exchange or refund window has passed will be returned to the customer.

HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

For every refund please firstly contact us via support@milosho.com. For every change, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning your order. Every return needs to be with a tracking number.  

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Items must be unworn (apart from trying on).

All tags and packaging must be included.

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange your purchase within 14 days of the items arriving. Please note all items must be unworn with tags attached to receive an exchange.

For any exchanges, we will ask you to pay the cost of delivery.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot exchange lost returns.

Send us an email at support@milosho.com stating you would like an exchange.

Please include your full name and order number in the email.

Include the new items you would like to exchange your order for.

All tags, clips, and packaging must be included

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

REFUND POLICY

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at the warehouse.

Please be aware this can take up to 72 hours after the order arriving. You will be notified once a refund has been made.

We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

FAULTY ITEM

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact support@milosho.com within 14 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:  

Order number

Which item is damaged?

A description of the problem.

Photographic evidence.

FRAUD MANAGEMENT


To provide a safe online shopping experience, MILOSHO has integrated fraud prevention tools in the online payment process. Every transaction is reviewed for indications of fraud to ensure the identification of the cardholder and protect against fraud. MILOSHO reserves the right to verify the validity of all payments before sending an order. For example, we may request additional documents, such as identity cards or proof of residence. Any information you provide us will be treated confidentially and will be destroyed once payment is verified.

ERROR TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT


We will occasionally send your order before the carrier can provide information on their website. If you tried checking your tracking number and received a message saying they were unable to track your shipment, please allow a few hours and try again.
